Problem during upgrade process

During the manual upgrade, I’m getting an XML error that says, “Problem preparing for firmware upgrade. Please try again later.” I’ve re-downloaded the file twice.

Any thoughts?

Hi Scott- What file are you downloading? Just want to make sure it is the correct one for your device…

Thanks for your help. I was trying to use this file: fw-b20_30-6.1.0b18-build2422.bin

Did I get the wrong one?

Hi Scott- as long as you have a Balance 20 or 30 that is the correct file. What firmware version are you currently on?

I do have a Balance 20. Right now I am running 5.4.7

It shouldn’t matter, but please try upgrading to 5.4.9 first.
