Private/Multi PSK For WIFI

Like this: Cusna Blog | The PPSK revolution

The ability to have multiple PSKs for a WIFI network (and ideally, steer those PSKs into different VLANs with optional device isolation). It’s a great solution for hospitality and IOT uses.

Certainly would love to see a feature like this in Peplinks APs.

Isolating devices based on PSK would be a must, what other vendors term as “private user groups” or similar.

Dumping users of a given PSK into a specific VLAN would also be very powerful, partucuarly for more complex environments where you may also have collections of devices that cannot support something better like 802.1X auth.

Yes, the PPSK to vlan grouping is fantastic for IOT type devices as well as guest networks in some environments (where you need to use chromecasts/airplay etc).

Following up on this- would love to see if come to Peplink at some point.
