I am trying to set up Speedfusion for 2933-E392-F8B6, but it was registered to a previous owner. I am in communication with the previous owner, and he doesn’t really know what he can do to release and doesn’t still have the credentials to log into InControl 2. What are the other options to move forward?
I had the same problem last year and Peplink was not able to help. Did you find a resolution?
