PPTP VPN is constantly disconnecting clients

My Peplink Balance 380 (Firmware 6.2.2 build 1486.) is constantly disconnecting clients every hour or so. Site-to-site VPN is working fine - just dial-in is having this issue. My DHCP server is on Windows 2008 server and lease time is set for 5 hours. What else might be causing it ?

Is the DHCP range large enough? Idle time set?

What do you mean exactly by DHCP range large enough ? I have more than 20 IP addresses available to be used by DHCP. Idle time on the client is set for 3 hours but it is disconnecting even if user is active…


May I know all PPTP users disconnected at the same time? You may check the event log via Status > Event Log.
