I have a Peplink 380 with PPTP server activated.
I have limited bandwidth so I want to reserve an amount of bandwidth for my user.
For example PPTP user jeremy have to use 512k and siteB have to user 1mbits.
I don’t know how to put a PPTP user in a particuler “User Group”
Is any way to make this work ?

Bandwidth Control does apply to clients whether they are on your physical LAN or connected by PPTP. The question is however for remote PPTP cleints we will not know what IP they will be assigned by the DHCP server when they connect.
Or maybe we could go at this from a different angle - instead of putting a cap on some casual users maybe we could try reserving a minimum bandwidth for some critical clients?
