Looking at http://www.peplink.com/balance/tech-spec/, it appears that the PepLink Balance 20 has a PPTP server capable of supporting up to 15 people, so I went ahead and purchased one. The manual states that the configuration is under Network -> Misc., but PPTP doesn’t exist there. Am I missing something? I can find the IPSec VPN, but PPTP with long random usernames and passwords fits my needs and is relatively secure enough.

PPTP server functionality is added to the Balance 20/30 with firmware 5.4.x. Once updated you should see the option available to you.
