I need to configure PPTP accounts for several home users to login to a balance 20 using the standard windows VPN. I dont seem to be able to find any documentation. Can someone give me a simple example?

I have managed to setup the remote access clients but my Windows VPN always times out. My latency is about 680ms is there any way to change the allowed latency on a Peplink PPTP connection
