Ports display on InControl

Did something change with InControl? There used to be a nice display of the device ports (green if something was connected). It was right above the map lower left.

This was a good troubleshooting tool for remote sites.

Thanks for any info.

Hi!

The physical interface section is still there, though it’s only supported by certain devices. It won’t be shown on unsupported or offline devices.

@Garth_Summey Let me loop in someone from peplink.
@Michael I believe the 20x support lan up/lan down events per port , is there any physical limitation to why it can’t support showing ethernet status per port on ic2?
Also is there a list of devices that are supported with ethernet status?

Just to be clear, it used to be there on all of our Balance 20s. I can’t put my finger on when it went away, the only major change we’ve made recently was implementing a VPN, I can’t imagine that would be the cause, but who knows?

Well, I’m not sure what to say, here is a screenshot from when my Balance 20x used to display port information but now it doesn’t
