Port Forwarding with VLANs

Hi there. I’m on firmware 6.1.0 for my Balance 20. I have two VLANs defined. Port Forwarding is working find to VLAN 0. It’s not working at all to the other VLAN ID. How can I expose services on the other VLAN?

As long as you have a properly configured 802.1q switch connected it should work just fine. If you need to open a support ticket you can do that here:
