Port forwarding with port translation

I would like to do both port forwarding and translation. That is, incoming requests on port 1234 (for example) need to be sent to the target IP address on port 5678. Surf Soho firmware 6.1.2 does not seem able to do translation as part of the port forwarding. Is this possible another way? Perhaps with a firewall rule?

Please go Advanced > Port Forwarding > Add Service > Follow settings below:-
