Port Forwarding for website

I have a Balance 20 and having an issue with port forwarding to the web server (80). This server also hosts the customer’s email and port forwarding works fine. When i drop their old Linksys router (with same port forwarding lines) the website is reachable from the outside. The firewall has rule any any for both inbound and outbound These are the only rules. Any ideas?

I would check/change the web admin port of the Balance as by default it uses port 80. This is found by going to System>Admin Security. Also, ensure that port 80 is not being forwarded or used on anything else for that particular Public IP.
