I have a a Peplink Balance_E63E. I had setup the port forwarding for other applications with no issues (web server, ip cameras etc…). I know there is an option for WoL from the router gui but would like to set the Port forwarding on port 7 (or any port) and have the ability to trigger wol from anywhere. I tried to set firewall rule but still no luck.
Is this different since im forwarding to to the broadcast subnet (192.168.1.255)?
I’ve tried to forward directly to that Machine’s Ip also no luck.
Please advise.
