Port Forward relation to firewall when default inbound rule is DENY

I am having some issues making port forwarding work when the default rule is DENY.
I allow all of the ports being forwarded but some of my services do not work.

Specifically: SMT: TCP port 25 is set for allow ALL src port 25, Allow ALL Dest port 25

Forward rule is TCP port 25 to forward to my mail server.

I get no mail!

I have several other services that don’t seem to be forwarded either.

For inbound firewall rules you want to specify the destination port number, not the source.
