I tried to forward port 9000 to a device behind my Peplink and for some reason it blocked port 9000. Is this port in use somehow by the Peplink?

Do you configure any Firewall rules on Peplink? If you have firewall rules, please verify it and make sure block port 9000 is not being blocked.
