Quick question regarding rules, how would I set it up to throttle bandwidth w/ the 310 router.
Scenario: office of 15 people, 13 of the people should have a shared D/l Cap of 5 mib down / 1 mbit up
the other 2person will have no cap. I have not been able to find any options like this on the router.
