I have not seen this exact request on the forum before, but can we please add a “power cycle” option for the switch settings in incontrol? This is standard on most switches and the On/Off function works sometimes but many times not.
We have a many cases where we have the following setup:
A balance or MAX device as the main router connected to a switch. If these switches power a Dome or a Ant-MAX unit as a single WAN source, turning off POE will permanently disable the device and you will have no option to turn it on again as you just disabled your incontrol device and your only leg/connection to internet.
A simple standard power cycle option would solve this issue and save ALOT of hazzle of trying to assist a non-technical guys to reactivate this on a local web-gui…
