It would help if the WAN Quality graph had a better way of highlighting dropped pings to see how often it is occurring. Currently you must be able to distinguish the blue line dropping out which can be hard to do. Perhaps red on the bottom where there were dropped pings?
Also, there is a small bug where the left hand side milliseconds label disappears. It doesn’t seem to happen when it is “25” milliseconds (cable). It does happen when it is “50” milliseconds (DSL) when the Quality moves to the left. Under certain circumstances I can get it to re-appear. For example, in Chrome I can move to another tab, then back and it will re-appear. I am running 8.1.1. The issue has been around for a while.
