Per minute bandwidth usage shows no data

Hi, real time, hourly, and monthly works - and per minute was working until a couple days ago. Any ideas what could cause it not to work, like if a setting was changed on the router that could affect it? Thanks.

Per-Minute bandwidth report is working fine based on my checking. Please find the screenshots below. Can you elaborate more how you notice it is not working?

Hi, it says no Data to Display, but was fine until the other day.

We find your device’s firmware has a known bug which causes the per-minute reporting data not to be posted to IC2. We suggest you to upgrade your device to the latest firmware release.
