I am using the Pepwave webpage (entering the IP address in the browser bar), but it keeps logging me out on a regular basis, several times a day. Quite annoying to have to re-log in every time!!! Other than that everything seems great!!! Can you help??
Are you asking about the GUI of your router? If so, “there’s a setting for that.” 
Here’s an example of a Balance router that is set to not log the user out for six hours:
MAX devices have the same setting available.

Do you confirm it is not advisable to have the web session timeout set on 0hrs 0mins?

Hi. That’s your choice, really. if you are 100% confident that there is zero chance anyone could grab your session while it’s in progress that might be OK. We tend to set that time-out between one and about six hours – depending on environment.
