Pepwave Surf SOHO MK3 WAN failed DNS test

I have a desktop 7 pro and cat 5 lan to Pepwave Surf SOHO MK3 Firmware 7 as I am using a Pantech UML295 Verizon and also lan into the Surf with a Arlo pro camera system, works well with factory defaults on Surf.

My problem is trying to install into my home network with a wireless Liberty gun safe monitor Elertus. Simple hookup instructions; “Your existing wireless router and a computer that connects to the router is all you need”

Current status;
Wireless Networks; Network Name Elertus Security Open Connected

WAN Connection Status; result; WAN failed DNS test.

Any direction please?

If I understand correctly, the SOHO is reporting the WAN connection status as “WAN failed DNS test.” Please clarify if otherwise. If the SOHO WAN health-check fails the router will treat the link as unavailable. To identify if the link is truly down you can disable the health-check. If traffic passes normally after this then confirm your health-check settings are configured correctly/ideally and re-enable the health-check for the WAN.
