Pepwave Surf SOHO MK3 WAN Connection Status Stuck in Scanning. Why are they not connecting?
From the screenshot given, it seem like signal issue.
Can you please check whether the antennas is correctly installed for the device ? Beside that, please check whether the AP is too far from the SOHO MK3 device.
