Hello all -
We installed a Pepwave Surf SOHO on our sailboat last spring. My wife, in trying to figure out a slow speed issue went into to the settings, and…let’s just say it didn’t go well. It took us several hours to get the unit back to life, and it is mostly working again after bringing the firmware up to date with v8.2.1.
However, the panel and button to tell the Pepwave to ‘Scan for Available Networks’ (or something akin to that) has vanished and we haven’t been able to recover it. Is there a way to get this back?
