Pepwave Surf SOHO as VPN Client

I just received my Pepwave Surf SOHO today and I am trying to use PepVPN to connect to my Mikrotik router at our home office as a client. I typically use a Mikrotik router at my remote locations where I have access to cable/dsl/fiber internet service and they connect as a VPN client back to our home office using L2TP. I originally thought that PepVPN used standard pptp or l2tp to connect as a client, but I have been unable to get it to work it that way. Does PepVPN only connect to other Peplink devices or did I misconfigure something?

Hello,

Yes PepVPN is proprietary and will only allow you to connect to other peplink/pepwave devices. You will need to use IPsec.
