About a week ago, we setup a PepWave Surf OTG to obtain an IP address via DHCP from a Verizon Jetpack MiFi 6620L. Initially, it worked finally. For the past 3 days, however, it keeps searching for an an address, but can’t seem to find one. Other devices can successfully pickup addresses from the Verizon device. I have checked the WiFi WAN Settings and they all look correct. What can be done to get it to pick up an IP address?
I recommend to do a factory reset on the SOTG and try again. Otherwise you can open a support ticket with us for further investigation. Thanks.
