Pepwave SOTG RV park wifi

I have the Pepwave Surf on the Go and it has been great. Now we are in an RV park with open wifi but the Peplink will connect to it and we do not get internet access with it.
We can connect with our laptops to the park Wifi and it pulls up another page with terms and agreements on it. We can’t get the Pepwave to see that page.
Is there a way to configure the Pepwave to connect to the park wifi? We would like to have the security the Peplink provides.

Surf On the Go can connect to the hotspot without Captive Portal only. Please connect the hotspot with laptop.

We got it to connect after clearing the cache.
