What are you envisioning…? just something more powerful but the exact same size and style? I dont think that exists…
Pretty much any type of 3rd party antenna will involve some sort of mounting… Are you just wanting to avoid drilling holes?
Several vendors make “stick on” or magnetic style of attachment. But in any case all of these will involve some level of “mounting”
