Hi,

Right now I have 4 AP One Mini Ac in the office, with pepLink380

Could you please answer me these questions:

  • What is the maximum users can connect to the AP One Mini Ac? In one AP have 2.4ghz SSID and 5ghz SSID users in it.
  • How far should I locate the AP from each other to make it not interference each other.

Because right now I have problem with Request Time Out, limit and slowness.

  • 40-50 users
  • office space is around 420sqm.

How is your office laid out and constructed?
i.e. all open on one level or multiple levels with thick walls.

Pepwave recommend up to 60 users per AP. For 40-50 users utilising four APs should be well within the limitations
