Pepwave MAX BR1 Pro 5G Verizon SIM continually "Connecting"

Hello,

I’ve been very satisfied with the MAX BR1 Pro 5G after a little configuring with the DNS and Band settings. It’s been about 3 months I’ve used the device and it’s been reliable for that time.

I recently moved across the country from NC to WA and I had Cellular internet through this device until last night.

I have a Verizon SIM card that I believe is configured correctly for the device because I’ve used it now for more than 3 months with no serious outages like this. Now I just get a constant “Connecting” from the Cellular priority and it’s been like that for nearly 24 hours.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I have the exact same thing happening to me. Updated the firmware last week & still have the spinning wheel “connecting”. I’ve tried everything & still no luck. Swapped the card with the one from my JetPack & the SIM from the Pepwave worked fine in the the Jetpack, but the JetPack SIM did the same thing in the pepwave…“connecting”. Please let me know if you get any info. Michael

When I came back from a break, it was connected.
