Pepwave Max Br1 Pro 5g T-PRM - Factory Reset

Hello,

I purchased the Pepwave Max Br1 Pro 5G T-PRM and was hoping to find out if there is a way to factory reset the device if the reset option within the hardware has broken off? I was reading that I might be able to do so within Incontrol2 but I have not yet been successful in finding where. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! Yes you can also factory reset the device via InControl2 or the Web Admin interface.

From InControl2:
(Device Level) > Settings > Device Tools > Reset to Factory Defaults

From Web Admin:
System > Configuration > Restore Factory Settings
