I have the Pepwave MAX BR1 Pro 5G with 1 simm card from T-mobile. My data plan has 100gb/month, so I have a DSL modem connected to the WAN port. I have the Cellular configured as priority 1 and the WAN as Priority 2. How do I configure it so when my 100gb limit has been reached it switches from cellular to WAN?
Log into the Peplink GUI.
On the main dashboard click the “details” button for your cellular WAN.
Tick the box for the “Bandwidth Allowance Monitor” and then set suitable values for reset date and data volume and tick the “disconnect when usage hits 100%” box.
After that just set the cellular WAN to priority 1 and leave the Ethernet WAN in priority 2 and it should do as you need, you could test this by setting the limit to something low like 100Mb and downloading a test file or watching a video to check it functions as you expect.
