I just got my pepwave MAX-BR1-MK2 about 6 weeks ago and it has been working fine but all of a sudden neither SIM card works anymore. It’s plugged in, it’s working, I’m in Los Angeles and have great coverage but no internet at all not even enough to load new emails. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions?
My guess is that something happened with the data plan. What sort of plan is it? Is it from a carrier or a reseller?
When you look in the admin does it seem to be connected or is it always “Obtaining IP address”?
What plan???
