Does anyone know the steps for creating a DHCP reservation for the MAX BR1 MK2?

Hi Dana - welcome to the forum!

Two ways. Either navigate to Status | Client List and click the import button next to a device that has already connected to the BR1:

A pop up appears where you can change the name and IP address if you want:

Then click Save and Apply.

Or Navigate to Network | Lan > Network Settings
And add one manually

Then click save and apply.
