Hello, I have purchased one Max BR1 Mini for use with an AT&T SIM. It’s stuck at “Obtaining IP Address” in the dashboard. The sim appears to be recognized, I’m told that the sim is active by the provider. I’ve manually updated to the latest firmware. I’m at a loss on what to do next. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
EDIT: I put a T-Mobile sim in the second slot and was recognized right away and connected to the network. So, it’s either the SIM card, the plan not really be active, or a configuration issue on my end.
