my unit keeps saying obtaining IP from TMobile but never connects
Does the same sim work in a cell phone?
Does it require an apn of sim pin?
Some plans are blocked based on the router’s imei.
I would try setting an apn if required, relocating the device, away from wifi /rf devices and position the antennas in a v format. If that doesn’t work and it doesn’t required an apn the provider is likely blocking it.
