I have the Pepwave Max that I’m trying to get connected with AT&T Prepaid service. When I first added them SIM, I was able to toggle modem on/off. I’ve since registered the SIM/IMEI with the provider. However, I’m only able to some through the Connection Manager that I’m connected to AT&T with “No Service”. I’ve talked with the provider a couple of times trying to debug but haven’t been able to resolve it. The toggle for turning on “Modem” no longer works and immediately turns off.
For what it’s worth, I put the SIM in an iPhone and it worked.
I’ve tried both Linux and Windows.
Any thoughts or things to try?
