Pepwave Max Adapter Firmware Update Failed - Next Steps?

Here is the configuration:

  • Peplink Balance Two latest firmware

  • Pepwave Max Adapter connected via USB

  • Launched cellular module firmware update via support.cgi page (01.07.02.00 to Latest:01.14.02.00)

  • Stuck at Flashing Part 1 of the Firmware (5 minutes)

  • After a few hours rebooted Balance Two and now Pepwave Max adapter no longer shows up on Dashboard or on the support.cgi page.

What are my next steps to get this running again?

Resolved by going on site and power cycling the Pepwave Max Adapter. It took several tries for the firmware update to succeed on all parts. I don’t recommend doing this remotely.
