I reset my password on the PepWave Max Duo, but now it won’t let me log in. How do I factory reset to try again?

There is a reset hole on the front of the MAX Transit Duo. You need to power up the device, then insert a paperclip into this hole and press and hold (you’ll feel a click) for a 15 sec count. Device will reboot to factory settings.
