Pepwave devices with serial ports, allow console

On Pepwave devices with serial ports, allow console.
Devices such as Br1 mini, br1 mini core, br1 classic hw3, Br1 m2m, transit.
Allow a choice and default to the port being a console recovery port.
I think under the hood in linux this would just be enabling getty on the port.
The two reason for this would be:

  1. This would allow for recovery options like you have on the balance series.
    We would be able to connect a console port and check the status of the boot process as well as select a different firmware on boot.
  2. This would allow for additional embedded integrations by being able to monitor the lan/wan and other states of the device over a wired console port.
