Pepwave Device Connections Showing Disconnected


I have a Pepwave MAX BR1 Mini LTE. With a cable modem plugged into the WAN port and Verizon SIM for the cellular connected. Both connections show “disconnected” which leads me to believe the device is powered off. The last event log shows the device is offline. I had our site contact reboot the modem, unfortunately I don’t have light statuses yet. Nothing wrong with the ISP modem or SIM. Any suggestions? Using firmware 7.0.0 build 2445.
