Is it possible to obtain the file format specs for the BR1’s configuration file?

Currently this is not possible. Can you share what it is that you want to accomplish?

I need to configure more devices and deploy configuration files to BR1s.
The fastest way would be to generate the cfg files on the PC.

But now that idea is not so easy to implement…

You can use our InControl2 platform which will allow you to pull a configuration from a single device and then push this out to multiple devices. This is the configuration cloning feature.
