Pepwave AP One300m showing offline on IC2

I recently installed a Pepwave AP One 300m, and verified it’s online and working, but when going to IC2 it appears as offline. It seemed to happen when i upgraded the firmware from 3.4.1 to 3.5.2. It is connected and online to our Peplink Balance 20, and that is what is managing the AP. I tried changing the controller setting under “System>Controller” to InControl, and still no luck. I also rolled back the firmware to 3.4.1, but that didn’t seem to work either.

So now it’s currently managed by our Balance 20, using firmware 3.5.2, and working as an AP just fine, just can’t get it to show up as online in IC2. Not a huge deal, but would like it to work if possible.

The AP’s cannot be managed by both IC2/AP Controller of the Balance. You will need to choose one or the other as far as AP management goes.
