Pepwave AP One & AP One Mini Problems

Good morning all,

I am not sure what’s going on but I can’t seem to stay connected on wifi on an AP ONE and AP ONE mini.

It would connect on the wifi for about 10-15 minutes then the wifi will drop. I can’t get back into the Device interface until I completely reset to Factory. Any idea what’s going on? I have it on the latest Firmware. 3.5.4

  1. May I know all Wifi devices affected at the same time when the Wifi dropped?

  2. The Wifi devices still having the IP when the Wifi dropped?

  3. What is the Wifi status on Wifi devices? Show disconnected?

  4. Wifi devices managed to ping to each other?

  5. Wifi devices managed to ping to gateway?

  6. Wifi devices managed to ping to AP?

Good morning all,

Again, I figured out what the problem was.

When was testing it, it was connected to a port that is coming from a 210 which has an AP controller.

Each time I plug there, the controller takes over.

That never crossed my mind until then… Thanks for your reply…
