Pepwave 5G Max Adapter Factory Reset

Does anyone know if there is a way to factory reset a 5G Max Adapter? Thanks!

It’s a usb modem, it has no built-in storage, there is nothing to reset.
What is the problem you have that you are trying to solve?

I have 3 different sim card data lines through tmobile that are 5G. However they all randomly stopped putting out 5G and will only do 4G. It is not in a dead zone as I have tried it in many locations and it used to work perfectly on all the Sim cards. Tmobile swears they haven’t changed any of my data plan etc. Trying to figure out why it all of a sudden lost 5G.

Try to do a manual carrier scan and see if you have two T-mobile in the list.
What I found was one was LTE and one was 5g.

I’m not familiar with that. Do I do that in the Pepwave manager or somewhere through tmobile?

See if you can do a manual scan in the Pepwave manager software.
I don’t have one in front of me, so I don’t recall what it looks like.
