PepVPN setup via ica/on prem

Hi!

I´ve manually established a VPN tunnel between our balance router and a max transit, no problem.
But without a tunnel, I can not reach or find the transit max online in incontol.

So, how should I be able to create a VPN profile/tunnel with incontrol without the transit online and without a VPN tunnel?

Why not? Is the transit connecting to a private IC2 appliance that has no internet access?
Or is the Transit using private APNs?

No private APN´s in the transit…but i have to dubble check fw rules.
The max transit needs udp 5246 open for comm. with incontrol, right?
