Hope someone can give me advice we currently have 3 pepvpn connection that is working 100%
one router we have Peplink Balance 20 that is running openvpn with pepvpn. the problem we have is as soon as we manually disconnect the pepvpn we cannot connect anymore via openvpn from remotely but if the pepvpn connect then everything works we do not push the traffic threw of each pepvpn

Does your OpenVPN remote user access route via the external IP address of one of your other routers?
Do your OpenVPN client logs give any clues to what is going wrong?
First things I would look at is the remote IP used in your OpenVPN config file.
Can you reach this IP address when all PepVPN are connected?
Can you reach this IP address when the PepVPN is disconnected?
What do you mean with “we do not push the traffic threw of each pepvpn” ?

I did check the log files and OPENVPN we are using a public IP, but we managed to fix the problem and understand why it drop the connection after 10 hours of troubleshoot we had a microtik that the routing wasn’t added correctly by our ISP. OPENVPN was connecting threw the PEPVPN and if the PEPVPN disconnect the OPENVPN all so disconnect.
