PepSign Player Scheduled Reboot

Hi support,

We have a deployment of PepSign in a Smart Bus Stop project in Seberang Perai (Malaysia) and the player hangs everyday (firmware 1.054) - Serial Number - 3900-19FB-452C. Remote Assistance has been turned on.

I try to schedule reboot from IC2 but the PepSign player shown offline in IC2.

Please advise how can I schedule reboot on the PepSign player.

Please open a ticket for this . Need to isolate why the device hang. This is not expected behaviour .

Please include the deployment info for the device in the ticket so that support team can help investigate :slight_smile:

  1. How the device is being power up ?
  2. The device is power up 24/7 ?
  3. Any PMU device installed ?
  4. Photo for the physical installation
