Which Peplink 5G Routers are C-Band supported?
Currently, the following devices are C-Band certified in Verizon’s network:
Users will be able to use Verizon’s 5G Business Internet plan if they own any of the certified devices above.
IMPORTANT: Your Peplink device needs to be updated to (1) the special device firmware and (2) the cellular module firmware in order to activate full C-Band capability. Please follow the instructions below.

[Step 2] Upgrade your device’s firmware, either in bulk or individually.
[Step 3] Upgrade your cellular firmware, either in bulk or individually.
** During the firmware update, the modem(s) will reboot. Each modem will take around five minutes to complete the process (e.g. a quad-cellular router takes 20 minutes to complete). Do not reboot the device or restart the update. Please wait patiently, as the process will take some time. Once the update has been completed, your devices’ cellular firmware on your InControl 2 dashboard will be synced up automatically.
