Peplink wont recognize default password

I’m trying to create a new password on my new device. When I input current password and create a new one it prompts me to a screen saying that current password is incorrect. this was my first time changing the password.

Two ways to resolve.
Factory reset and start again. Or use InControl Device System Management to push out a new password (assuming the device is online and talking to incontrol).

Add it to incontrol, then goto group > settings > Device system management enable it and set a shared password.
