If I have 4 wan connected to peplink what should I make as the outgoing interface in the FortiGate when creating a policy to have my endpoint devices have an internet connection?

Your internet service provider will be installed at WAN of Peplink
Your firewall will be instaled at LAN of Peplink.
You need to check the drop-in capability in your peplink device.
