Peplink USB WAN

Hi Support,

I’m testing the Peplink USB WAN and noticed that iOS mobile devices are showing as ‘Unknown physical device,’ while Android devices can obtain IP addresses normally. What could be the possible reasons for this?

Apparently IOS has a feature that allows devices to periodically rotate MAC addresses when connecting to WiFi. Might be that? Feature can be disabled.

Hi!

This is currently only supported with Android devices. We plan on adding support for using iOS devices in the future, but do not have a timeline on it’s implementation.
